The Dog Paddock @ Foston - Rules of Use

Arrive at your allocated time and not before, if early park on Uttoxeter Road in the layby.

You MUST be leaving the Car Park exactly at the END of your session time, any person leaving the Car Park later than their allocated time will be charged (£10)

Close all gates, and lock the Padlock on the Main Gate

Keep your dog/s on their lead in the Car Park

Equipment is for dog's ONLY

Pick up your Dog Poop

Take any other litter and toys/balls home with you

Ensure ALL gates are closed when leaving

XL Bullies

We welcome XL Bullies and their owner's to our Dog Paddock.

As have to be insured to run the secure dog field, we have chosen an insurance policy that gives as much freedom as possible. Therefore the following is requested of you for you to use the Dog Paddock:

1. Your dog is registered with the index of exempted dog (IED) (a copy of the life certificate would need to be obtained and provided to us in the event of a claim)

2. You have a public liability insurance certificate for your dog

3. The dog handler ratio is 1:1 with their handler at all times unless with other dogs from the same household

4. Your dog is Neutered – in line with Government Rules

5. Your dog is Micro Chipped

6. Your dog is kept on a lead and muzzled until the gate is shut when entering the field

7. Your dog is put back on a lead and muzzled before opening the gate to leave the field

8. You can remove the lead and muzzle once inside the secured field

9. If your household has more than 1 dog, they can come to the field together

10. If there are dogs from different households, the banned breed will need to remain muzzled and on a lead at all time with a 1:1 handler
